Check your shipping confirmation email

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. That’s the real-time source of truth.

    Find the email

    Search your inbox for a message from us with “shipping confirmation” in the subject. Don't forget the spam folder.

    Click the tracking link

    The email includes a tracking number and a link to UPS, FedEx, or the freight carrier's live tracking page.

    See live status

    The carrier's tracking page shows the current status, transit history, and estimated delivery date.

For freight items (built-in grills, kitchen islands, anything that ships LTL), the carrier will also contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

What to expect

Standard orders

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET typically ship the same day. Standard shipping runs 5–7 business days via UPS or FedEx.

Freight orders

Built-in grills, kitchen islands, and other oversized items ship via freight carrier. Freight typically arrives within 7–14 business days. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
