Popular questions
See all FAQs →- Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes. Free standard shipping on orders $49.99 and above to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders under $49.99 ship at live carrier rates calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination.
- How do I track my order?
- When your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also look up your order on the Track an order page using your order number and the email used at checkout.
- What is your return policy?
- Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging. Opened but unused items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Assembled or installed items are not eligible. Freight/oversized items: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- How long does a refund take?
- Once we receive your return we inspect it within 2–3 business days. If approved, the refund is initiated within 1–2 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund posts within 5–10 business days after processing — plan on about 2–3 weeks total.
- Natural gas vs propane — which should I choose?
- They cook at the same temperatures, so the choice is mostly about your setup. Propane tanks make a grill portable and require no installation. Natural gas connects to your home's gas supply, so you never run out mid-cook, but a licensed plumber typically runs the line.
- Will my grill arrive assembled?
- Freestanding grills typically arrive partially assembled — the cart and hood are usually attached; you connect the side shelves, fuel hose, and a few hardware pieces. Built-in grills ship as a single unit ready to drop into a kitchen cutout. Outdoor kitchen islands ship as components and require on-site assembly.
