Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. That's why processing is 1–2 business days and you may see different carriers on different items.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the item, destination, and selected delivery method. You'll see the final cost before you pay.

Freight
What to expect with freight delivery
Large items (built-in grills, kitchen islands, oversized equipment) ship via freight carrier. Here’s how that works.
Curbside-only by default
The driver isn’t obligated to bring the item onto your property. White-Glove (above) is the upgrade path.
4-hour delivery window
The freight carrier calls to schedule. Plan to be home during the window.
Someone 18+ must sign
A signature is required at delivery. If no one’s available, the carrier will reschedule.
Inspect before signing
Open the carton and check for damage. Note anything visible on the delivery receipt before accepting — this protects your damage claim.
Order damaged or missing items?
Email us within 7 days of deliverywith photos and your order number. We’ll work with the manufacturer and carrier to resolve it quickly.
Tracking
Tracking your order
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships with the tracking number. For freight items, the carrier coordinates the delivery window directly by phone.
Address accuracy
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may incur re-shipment fees.
